apple plus yogurt- perfect slimming diet 2


As to the view that yogurt brings our size large, it is only true in case we drink plenty yogurt every day. No matter which kind of food we eat, we become fat if we eat too much. Thus, it is not scientific to hold to the view that yogurt make us fat.

In real life, some women choose to drink a cup of yogurt and eat some fruit each meal to realize the slimming target. Due to its rich nutrition and delicious taste, yogurt is preferred by a large ammount of people.
